How to activate access control using phpBB2 ?

    hi guys,

i'm using phpBB2 as a middleware. but seems that i can't create user
groups to restrict user access to modules?

example: i do not want salesman looking at the account ledger or HR
    infomation.

    pls help. thanks

    Hi, ksc_133,

Thank you for your interest in CK-ERP.

CK-ERP does not have its own account/group management facility.  This is
provided by the underlying middleware.  In terms of module access
restriction, CK-ERP also relies heavily on the underlying middleware's
module access mechanism.  However, the level of maturity of (middleware
module access control + CK-ERP) varies depending on each individual
middleware.  The best integration is provided by eGroupWare.  The 2nd
best is Horde.  I haven't tested phpBB2's module access control, but I
suspect it would not work well with CK-ERP.  I think you may have to
test this out yourself, or post your question again at a phpBB forum.

    Cheers,
    CK
