The Global Asset Management Team (gAMT) is a global organization
responsible for supporting all of Client's Worldwide Technology
Infrastructure (WTI) managed assets (servers, pc's, network devices and
applications) in a centrally controlled asset management environment.
The team is looking for an Enterprise Software Licensing Program
Manager, (ESLPM) to lead the enterprise software asset management
function for the client.

Daily management activities include:
     Directing software asset management operations and analysis teams.
     Implementing and administrating software license compliance
program for Client
     Providing data to support compliance with vendor software license
agreements and other regulatory compliance requirements.
     Chairperson for the Client's Enterprise Software Working Team (ESWT)
     Support the creation of a software governance structure within WTI
     Coordinating the incorporation of WTI managed applications into
Client's software tracking repository at over 80 sites world wide.

Job Description
8-10 years in Information Technology in a large global corporation.  
Experience with Asset Management technology data repository tools and
asset program management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
required

Primary Responsibilities:

    * Establish audit and reporting schedules in conjunction with
      participating divisions.
    * Manage enterprise software inventory and contract relationships.  
    * Develop and manage software license compliance programs, policy
      and conventions.
    * Interface and escalation point for supporting business
      organizations and customer business units to provide subject
      matter expertise and ad hoc reporting.
    * Consult with Architecture teams to establish policy on software
      standards and licensing models.
    * In conjunction with compliance management teams, develop responses
      to internal and external audit queries.
    * Work closely with Hardware asset management team to develop asset
      discovery and management technologies.

        Experience in software asset management and asset management
tools.
        Experience in risk management and compliance program management.
        Experience is contract management and negotiations.
        Knowledge and understanding of software license complexities.
        Knowledge and understanding of business processes and how they
interface.
        Experience with project management and implementation execution.
Strong experience in change management and process driven initiatives.
