*Job Summary: *

This position functions as a senior team member.
The incumbent is responsible for the definition, development, and
implementation of the base Java Classes and registration application to
support Oracle Security Access Manager security suite.
Design and implementation of the JAVA security framework and production
support is required for this position.
Troubleshooting systems with high complexity is required.
Requires good organizational skills and good time management skills, and
strong analytical and problem solving skills.
The incumbent is capable of providing project leadership for major
feasibility or business systems analysis studies.
The incumbent is capable of directing a team, delegating assignments,
providing technical guidance and applying project management expertise.

The incumbent must be able to work effectively with all levels of management
and staff, and with customers in defining requirements.

*Required Skills/Competencies:
*Position typically requires 6-10 years of experience in application
development as outlined above and must have at least 2 years experience in
Application Security Strategy and Frameworks related with the JAVA Web
environment.
Skills must include (but not limited to): JAVA/XML development, IT security,
C/C++, access control, SSL/TLS, SSO* *

**Preferred Skills:*
SAML, Federated Identity Management, WS* security, Oracle Access Manager
Security Suite (CoreID and OVD),
